Eljero Winchester – Live Show

Introduction

For "Chef vom Orchester", Eljero Winchester took the stage at Spektakulum in Düsseldorf backed by a live band, bringing a different dynamic to the evening than a typical rap concert. The combination of hip-hop and live instrumentation gave the show its own character. The night also brought some welcome surprises, with Boondawg and ThizzyvomBlock joining as guest performers and adding more voices from the local scene to the stage. The event was produced by Spektakulum Düsseldorf.

My Role

For this project, I was involved across several parts of the production. In the weeks leading up to the show, I handled the design of both the online promotional material and the print assets used to advertise the event, including social media graphics and visual material for the venue. On the night itself, I also took on the photography, documenting the performance and the atmosphere of the evening.

Working on your own productions hits differently. Projects like this bring together people from different disciplines, each contributing their part to make the whole thing work, and there is something particularly satisfying about being part of that from the inside.
